5. Do you take insurance?
We are in the process of credentialing with major insurance providers. Please contact us to confirm current coverage options. We also offer private-pay options and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
6. How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule online through the “Book Now” button to access headway, call us directly, or complete the contact form on our website. New clients will first complete an intake process and brief screening.
7. What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your initial appointment will last about 60 minutes and includes a thorough review of your mental health history, current concerns, and goals. We will work together to create a personalized care plan, which may include medications, referrals, or supportive strategies.
8. What if I’m in crisis or need immediate help?
We are not a crisis provider. If you are experiencing an emergency or need immediate support, please call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 (available 24/7).
9. Are my sessions confidential?
Yes. We follow all HIPAA guidelines to protect your privacy. Your information will never be shared without your written consent, except in cases of legal requirement or safety concerns.
10. How do telehealth visits work?
All visits are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. You will receive a link via email, text or through the patient portal prior to your appointment. Make sure you are in a private, quiet space with a stable internet connection.
